Tenant or Buyer Representation - A large portion of our transactions take place through our exclusive representation of clients looking to either buy or lease a facility. This service is provided on a national basis. All searches are conducted personally by one of our agents. Commissions are to be paid by the Seller or Landlord and not by our Client.

Site Searches - We are familiar with territory covering all of Southeastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey. We provide expert assistance to those looking for sites for any real estate purpose. We have the ability to assist with all approvals and the permitting process.

Development - We have extensive experience working with developers who will provide a "turnkey" project with a long term lease in place for our clients. These projects range from industrial to retail projects. From small to large.

Investment Properties - We will work with our clients to determine their investment goals and then do a market search to locate product suitable to their needs. We provide financial know how to assist with proposed projects. We work with clients to assist them with any form of conversion they may wish to accomplish with a given product.

Lease Analysis - We have a CPA and an Attorney in house with extensive real estate experience. We will analyze leases that are in place to determine whether you are being properly provided for under the terms of the lease. Our fee will consist only as a percentage of savings we are able to uncover. We will also on a fee basis examine proposed leases and assist with negotiation of said lease.
